Shipping

US Shipping 

Standard Ground Shipping (4-7 Business Days) - Free shipping on all orders.  Please include 1-2 days for processing.

Orders placed after noon pacific time on Friday or on Saturday will be processed Monday and will arrive two to seven business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. Please include 1-2 days for processing.

Overnight Delivery - If you require overnight delivery for your order please contact us directly at 310 902 0209 or by email at customerservice@ijuanderandco.com so we can quote shipping charges.  

International Shipping 

We do not offer shipping outside the Continental U.S at this time.

Damages, Defects, Missing Items

If your order is delivered with damaged or missing items, please contact us  as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

When you receive your order, please open it immediately and inspect the contents. Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery so we have time to file a claim with the carrier. Please email us  with photos of any damage or defects.

Returns

If you get your order and decide you don’t want to keep it, you are responsible for return shipping. Please send it back to us within 14 days for a refund. Contact us for return instructions.

Returns must be in original packaging or wrapping (if any). There is no restocking fee if returned within 14 days. Please contact usfor shipping instructions and an RMA#. Absolutely no refunds can be issued after 60 days from the purchase date. Please ship your return with a tracking number and with adequate insurance in case of damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for returns that are damaged.

We will issue the refund after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow enough time for return shipping and processing the return. We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
